The concert lasts 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and once it starts, no entry is permitted — please arrive in good time to be seated within your zone.

This is an indoor experience with assigned seating. Tickets are sold by zone (Zones A, B, C and D, with Zone A closest to the stage) — once you arrive, an usher will guide you to your seat, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within your zone.
