Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the App Store or Google Play) — sign in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID to request one. Refunds are not available unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation Ticket, which lets you cancel or exchange your ticket up to 48 hours before the show for a full refund minus the 10% flexible-ticket fee (or a voucher for an exchange). Contact us here to request a refund or exchange.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last, and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and once it starts, no entry is permitted — please arrive in good time to be seated within your zone.
Is this an indoor or outdoor experience, and how is seating assigned?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating. Tickets are sold by zone (Zones A, B, C and D, with Zone A closest to the stage) — once you arrive, an usher will guide you to your seat, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within your zone.
Is food or drink available at the venue?
No food is served, but beverages are available for purchase at The Sazerac House, with 100% of proceeds going to Turning Tables NOLA. No outside food or drinks are allowed.
Is parking available?
Yes, both paid parking lots and limited street parking are available near The Sazerac House. Rideshare is encouraged.
Is there an age requirement for this event?
Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
The venue's accessibility has not been confirmed as ADA compliant, so accommodations may be limited. If you need accessibility assistance, please contact us in advance of your visit.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or website (feverup.com).
How can I book tickets for a large group or a private concert?
For groups of 40+ people or to request a private concert, fill out this form, noting the concert name, date and time, and that you'd like to book for a large group.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
What happens if the weather affects the event?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (such as a change of location or a postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though it is not required. This policy is subject to change.
What is the policy for the Candle 3-Pack add-on?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As this add-on is tied to your specific event date and location, all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once collected onsite.
