Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the App Store or Google Play); make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to request the change. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law ā€” see our Terms & Conditions for details.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last, and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and once it starts, no entry is permitted ā€” please arrive in good time to be seated within your zone.
Is this an indoor or outdoor experience, and what is the seating like?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating by zone. St John's Cathedral has individual wooden chairs, so we recommend bringing your own cushion for extra comfort.
Is food served at the venue?
No, food is not served at this venue.
Is parking available?
On-street (metered) parking on Ann Street is only available from 7ā€“10pm on weekdays (it's a clearway at other times). Secure paid underground parking is available at Cathedral Square Car Park, opposite the venue. Limited onsite parking may also be available in the Cathedral Precinct on weekends or for special events.
Is there an age requirement for this event?
Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. St John's Cathedral has disabled access via doors on the northern (car park) and southern (St Martin's courtyard) sides, and wheelchair seating is available in all zones. Please contact us ahead of time if you need wheelchair assistance, so onsite staff can be prepared for your arrival.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or website (feverup.com).
What does the VIP Experience ticket include?
A Fast Pass to skip the queue through the side door, priority front-row seating (an usher will show you to your seat), and a personalised Polaroid photo taken by our staff in front of the stage before or after the show.
Does the venue have air conditioning?
No, St John's Cathedral does not have air conditioning and can get warm during the summer months. We recommend bringing a hand fan and dressing accordingly.
What happens if the weather affects the event?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (such as a change of location or a postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Are the candles at the venue real flames?
For everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.
What is the "Candlelight Photo" add-on?
It's an optional photo package where you'll have your photo taken in a designated area before or after the show and receive a printed Polaroid-style souvenir. Your QR code for this add-on arrives in a separate email from your ticket confirmation ā€” please have it validated by the photographer at the venue. Note that refunds for this add-on are only given if the photo opportunity is cancelled for internal reasons.
