The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start — late arrivals will not be permitted. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone; the concert begins on time with the audience already seated.

This add-on package offers a photo taken in a specially designated area, printed instantly in polaroid style (1 picture per purchase). It can also be bought on-site while supplies last, but online buyers get priority over walk-ins, and on-site purchases only accept credit card (no cash). Your photo is taken before the event and the session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll get a separate QR code by email to show the photographer. Pick up your printed photo at the exit after the show — staff can't hold onto unclaimed photos, so refunds or rescheduling aren't possible if you leave without collecting them. Refunds are only given if the photo experience itself is cancelled for reasons within our control.
