The concert lasts 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and once it starts, no entry is permitted — please arrive in good time to be seated within your zone.

On-street (metered) parking on Ann Street is only available from 7–10pm on weekdays (it's a clearway at other times). Secure paid underground parking is available at Cathedral Square Car Park, opposite the venue. Yes. St John's Cathedral has disabled access via doors on the northern (car park) and southern (St Martin's courtyard) sides, and wheelchair seating is available in all zones. Please contact us ahead of time if you need wheelchair assistance, so onsite staff can be prepared for your arrival.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

No, St John's Cathedral does not have air conditioning and can get warm during the summer months. We recommend bringing a hand fan and dressing accordingly.
