- A fritter made with bread crumbs, garlic, parsley and egg, very typical in the capital

- A "pucherín" with which the broth is poured over the noodles

Description
As you know, there are as many ways of eating stew as there are houses where it is prepared. It doesn't matter how you like it best because at Casa Suecia they have found the solution... and they present it to you in a small pot so you can enjoy it as you like! It is slow-cooked on the grill for 10 hours, with a slow cooking at less than 60º C. It is cooked by Javier Utrero, head chef at Casa Suecia, who follows his family's traditional recipe.
