Menu
Station 1: Dumplings with coloured wrappers using vegetable juice

• Pork and chive dumplings with red skins (beetroot)
• Spinach shiitake dumplings with green skins (spinach)
• Each garnished with chilli oil, chopped coriander and soy

Station 2: Noodles

• Cantonese style wheat noodles in broth. Your choice of garnish:
• Asian mushrooms, tofu cubes, coriander, spring onions
• Cumin chilli lamb leg, red onion, coriander, spring onion
• Organic chicken, Asian mushrooms, coriander, spring onions

Station 3: Sweet

• Baked egg tarts
• Tang Yuan – traditional Chinese dessert, glutinous rice dumpling with black sesame and peanut filling served warm in a brown sugar ginger soup

Located at the central courtyard in Britomart, Auckland CBD, enjoy a three course Lunar New Year feast by Ghost Street, a Chinese restaurant named after the famous food street in Beijing.
