Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same login method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No, refunds are not allowed under any circumstances for this event. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start; late arrivals will not be permitted.
Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?
Indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
No drinks or snacks are available at this performance, and no outside food or drink is allowed inside the venue. You may bring water with you.
Is parking available?
Paid parking is available at Maltz Performing Arts Center, costing $10 for Candlelight guests (pre-purchase recommended). Approach the parking lots from Chester/E.101st Streets; the E.105th/Ansel Drive approach is reserved for ADA access and shuttles only.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
The venue is ADA compliant, though this doesn't apply to the balcony. An ADA-accessible entrance is available by approaching the venue from E.105th/Ansel Drive. Please reach out to hello@feverup.com or directly to the venue with any questions.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must stay on silent mode for the rest of the performance.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated; latecomers will not be allowed in, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
