Schöne Atmosphäre, toller Pianist

Ein sehr gelungener Abend mit einem Klavierspiel voller Fingerspitzengefühl! Die Atmosphäre des Kerzenlichtes hat etwas Besonderes. Wir waren begeistert und können einen Besuch nur empfehlen!

Fantastisches und bild- sowie klanggewaltiges Erlebnis. Leider etwas dicht gedrängtes Sitzen in den hinteren Reihen, aber die Stimmung war absolut grandios!

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances for the standard ticket; see our T&Cs for more details.

Are refunds allowed?

Only with a flexible cancellation ticket. You can return it and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another user.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts 65 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.

Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?

Indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available?

There is a small bar on site. Bringing your own food or drinks is not allowed.

Is parking available?

The venue doesn't have its own car park, but there are several nearby (Groß St. Martin, Philharmonie and Parkhaus Am Dom).

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can get a voucher for their carer by sending us the relevant supporting documents. Both the regular ticket and the carer's ticket must be shown together at entry.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

No. Wheelchair spaces are no longer available for this event, and the venue has no accessible restrooms.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. If you'll be accompanied by a service animal, please fill in the dedicated form.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before you attend.

What is “Candlelight Photo”?

An optional add-on offering an exclusive photo experience in a dedicated area, with a printed Polaroid-style instant photo as a keepsake. It can be booked online in advance or, while still available, on site by card payment only — online bookings get priority. The photo session usually takes place after the concert; you must collect your printed photo on site, as it can't be kept for later, and refunds are only given if the photo experience is cancelled for reasons within our control.
