Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience — please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are only available if you purchased a Flexible Cancelation Ticket (see below); otherwise, no refunds are allowed.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Tickets can be transferred to another person. Please note that if you purchased a Flexible Cancelation Ticket, it becomes non-refundable once transferred.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start; late arrivals will not be permitted.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is there food served?

There is no food or beverage service at the venue.

Is there parking available?

The Queen Street parking garage (93 Queen St) and Majestic Square (corner of Archdale and Market streets) offer nearby parking. Limited parking is also available behind Gage Hall.

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
