Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play) - log in with the same method you used to purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, refer to our Terms & Conditions.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts approximately 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
Drinks and snacks are available at the bar inside the theatre.
Is parking available?
Street parking is available on Carlisle Street and Barkly Street (please check local signage). The closest paid parking is at Acland Court (183 Barkly St), near Coles Supermarket, with entry and exit via Barkly Street. Paid parking is also available on Irwell Street, Belford Street and beside the Palais Theatre.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, companion and carer cards are accepted at all Fever events. Please contact us to arrange a ticket for your companion.
Does the venue have wheelchair access?
The National Theatre Melbourne provides lift access to the Mezzanine and a stair climber for row J (Zone B) of the auditorium; all other rows are accessible via stairs only. Please note motorised wheelchairs exceed the stair climber's weight limit and cannot be admitted into the auditorium - please contact National Theatre staff directly ((03) 9525 4611) to discuss options.
What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are sold by zone: Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility) and Zone C (restricted visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
How do I get to the venue?
The National Theatre Melbourne is located at 20 Carlisle St (corner of Barkly St), St Kilda, VIC 3182. By tram: take the No. 96 to Stop 138 Luna Park and walk 350 metres, or the 16 or 3a to Stop 33 Barkly St & Carlisle Street, which stops right outside the theatre. By train: Balaclava Station is a 15-minute walk (1,200 metres) away. By taxi or rideshare: the drop-off point is the corner of Carlisle St & Barkly St. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the performance.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
An optional paid photo experience: our team takes your photo in a dedicated area before the show (arrive at least 30 minutes early - the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts) and you receive one printed polaroid-style picture, collected at the exit. You'll get a separate QR code by email to validate at the venue. Photos can also be bought on-site if not sold out (online purchasers get priority, and on-site sales are card-only, no cash). Refunds for this add-on are only given if it is cancelled for internal reasons.
