The musicians were very interactive with the audience and very humorous. They were all very talented and played beautifully!! The candle light setting in the church was stunning!! My girlfriends and I had an amazing time! We will definitely be coming back!

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show; no entry once it starts.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is there food or drinks available at the venue?

There is no food or drinks available for purchase at the venue. Only bottled water is permitted inside the performance space.

Is there parking available?

Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto does not have on-site parking. Street parking on Simpson Ave and surrounding streets is by permit only and strictly enforced — allow extra time if arriving by car. The most convenient parking lot is at 653 Gerrard Street East.

What is the age requirement?

The experience is recommended for those 8 years old or older; disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Does this venue have disability access?

The main audience entrance has 12 stairs. There is an alternative entrance on Simpson Ave with a ramp and no stairs — let a staff member know or ring the bell there. Inside the performance space there are no stairs except to reach the balcony, and there is accessible seating in all zones. Washrooms can be reached without stairs.

Can I book a ticket for my companion/caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free companion pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us for more information.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A has the best view, while Zone D may only have a partial view. At Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto there is seating in every zone, on both the main floor and the balcony — arrive early for the best choice of seating.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving.

How do I get to the venue?

Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto is at 115 Simpson Ave, Toronto, ON M4K 1A1, one street north of Gerrard, between Broadview and Carlaw. The audience entrance is on Howland Ave, just south of Simpson Ave.

Can I bring animals?
