You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Sign in using the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 70 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start.

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?

Indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink served?

No food or drink is available inside the concert hall.

Is parking available?

No parking is available at the venue.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their personal assistant/carer. Once you have purchased your ticket, please get in touch with us with the relevant documentation.

Yes, the venue is equipped for people with reduced mobility and has wheelchair access. Accessible seating is only available in zones A and B; you must let the coordinator or Fever staff know at the entrance door.

Your seat will be in zone A, B, C or D depending on the desired visibility. Once you arrive at the event, an usher will show you to your seating section; seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone you purchased.

Tickets are not available for purchase at the box office. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website before arriving at the event.

Where does the experience take place and how do I get there?

At the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid (C. de Alcalá, 42, 28014 Madrid). Enter through the venue's main door and follow staff directions. The nearest metro station is Banco de España (Line 2).
