loved this! i really enjoyed the violinist and every song! i do wish it was in a better venue since it is a difficult location to get to. i would for sure come for another concert or hire them for events :)

Great venue choice (the Metropolitan Community Church in Toronto!). Amazing musicians who performed the hell out of the set! My only critique is that I wish it was longer!!! 10/10 would recommend, and I will be coming back :)

The concert itself was perfect, great musicians, and overall vibe. Although, some crowd members were too loud and it was hard to hear the music. If you could implement some notifications in emails or the itinerary about being too noisy, I think it’d be a great idea. Thank you!

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Contact us with your ticket ID to request a change. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. See our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drinks available?
There will be no food or drinks available for purchase at the venue. Only bottled water is permitted inside the performance space.
Is there parking available?
Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto does not have on-site parking. Street parking on Simpson Ave and surrounding streets is permit-only and strictly enforced, so allow extra time if you're arriving by car. The most convenient nearby lot is at 653 Gerrard Street East.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does this venue have disability access?
The main entrance has 12 stairs. There is an alternative entrance on Simpson Ave with a ramp and no stairs; let a staff member know at the main entrance if you'd like to use it, or ring the bell there. Inside the performance space there are no stairs, except to reach the balcony, and there is accessible seating in all zones. Washrooms can be accessed without stairs.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must stay on silent throughout the performance.
What are the different ticket types?
Ticket zones range from A to D. Zone A has the best view, while Zone D may have a partial view. At Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto there is seating in all zones on both the main floor and the balcony, so arrive early for the best choice within your zone.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free pass for their caretaker. You must already hold a valid ticket before applying; contact us for more information.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The show begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand; if you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and audience, you will not be allowed to enter.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in case of an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles used are flameless.
