Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play), logging in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us for more information.
What are the different ticket types?
VIP Experience (front row seat with the best visibility, fast-track entry via the side door, and a personalised Polaroid photo pre or post show), Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (slightly restricted visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility).
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
How long does the event last?
65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start. Late arrivals will not be permitted.
Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?
Indoor, with assigned seating. Please note the venue does not have air conditioning — feel free to bring a cushion for your seat.
Is there food served?
No.
Is there parking available?
On-street (kerbside meter) parking on Ann Street is available only between 7-10pm on weekdays (clearway at other times). Secure paid underground parking is available at Cathedral Square Car Park, opposite the Cathedral. Limited onsite parking is available in the Cathedral precinct on weekends or for special events.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. Disabled access is via doors on the northern (carpark) and southern (St Martin's courtyard) sides, and wheelchair seating is available in all zones. Please contact us ahead of time so we can notify onsite staff and prepare for your arrival.
Where does the experience take place / how do I get there?
St John's Cathedral, 373 Ann St, Brisbane City QLD 4000. Central Station is less than two blocks (about 5 minutes' walk) away along Ann Street. Check the TransLink website for train, bus and ferry information. Zones A-D enter via the main front doors; VIP Experience guests use the side door via the driveway on the right.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
