Outstanding talent and a beautiful environment to complement the music.

Beautiful

Very well don't the background poetry was a very nice insight.

Quality of the performance by the Phoenix Collection was beyond our expectations. The venue’s acoustics and ambience with the candles was perfect. Seats were comfortable. Ushers were polite and helpful.

It was a marvellous performance. I loved it, brilliant musicians and bringing in some very unusual poetry added to the delightfulness.

Our three girls had a wonderful time at their first classical music concert. The poetry interpretation was fun, the candlelight ambience was beautiful and the encore did actually bring tears to my eyes as promised. We would love to go to future performances!

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us quoting your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, refer to our T&Cs.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start time.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available?

No food or drink is allowed inside the theatre.

Is parking available?

Paid parking is available at the National Gallery of Australia. The underground carpark (P1, accessible from Parkes Place off King Edward Terrace) has a 2 metre height limit and charges apply on weekdays and weekends until 5pm. On weekends and public holidays, above ground parking (P2) is also available off Bowen Drive. Free parking validation applies only to motorbikes and valid disability permit holders.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free companion pass. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; once purchased, contact us for more information.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, this venue has disability access, with 3 wheelchair seats available in Zone A. Assisted lift access to the Gallery is available only from the underground carpark. For wheelchair assistance, please contact us in advance so we can notify onsite staff.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
