The modern and industrial decor makes it a versatile space for weddings, concerts, or corporate events. With a premium sound system, projector screens, and 20 taps of Triple C beer and wine, it can accommodate up to 350 guests.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change the date of my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start of your experience by contacting us with your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket (available on selected events). With that option, you can request a refund or exchange up to 48 hours before the event: you'll get the full ticket price back minus a 10% flexible fee, or a voucher of equal value if you'd rather exchange for a new date.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available?

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase, provided by Triple C Brewing Company — you can check the rotating tap list at the venue.

Is parking available?

Rideshare is encouraged; there's limited parking directly next to the venue and restaurant.

Is there a minimum age to attend?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Tickets are split into Zone A (Premium Visibility), Zone B (Great Visibility), Zone C and Zone D (Good Visibility), and Standing Room.

No, tickets aren't sold at the venue — you must buy them through the app or website before arriving.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests who need assistance can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker, once they already hold a valid ticket — contact us for more information.
