🎫 General admission for 1 person - includes access to Watermark Winter Wonderland’s outdoor experience plus a holiday cocktail, hand warmers & priority access to the Crystal Lounge, an enclosed heated outdoor bar (standing space). Glasshouse seating is NOT included. If there is seating available, hosts will seat ticket holders first come first serve.
🎫 Glasshouse rental  includes access to Watermark Winter Wonderland’s outdoor experience plus a glasshouse reservation & ability to wine & dine in style and order from a full menu. Complimentary Drinks not included. (Choose from the following):

• Semi-private glasshouse table for up to 4 people (other guests may be seated in the same glasshouse at other tables). Proof of Vaccination required for all guests.
• Private standard glasshouse for up to 6 people (glasshouse fits up to 6 guests). Proof of Vaccination is NOT required for private rentals.
• Private deluxe glasshouse for up to 10 people (jumbo glasshouse fits up to 10 guests). Proof of Vaccination is NOT required for private rentals.

🕒 Opening hours (time slots available every half hour):
- Mondays – Thursdays: 4 p.m. – 11 p.m.
- Fridays: 2 p.m. – 12 a.m.
- Saturdays: 12 p.m. – 12 a.m.
- Sundays: 12 p.m. – 11 p.m.
⏳ Duration:
- General Admission: approx. 30–45 minutes, but you can stay after and enjoy cocktails and bites in the Crystal Lounge Bar (standing space)
- Glasshouse Rentals: there is a 2-hour time limit from the start of the reservation time. Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before their arrival time

👤 Age requirement: all ages are welcome. Children ages 2 and under enter free of charge. Must be 21+ with valid ID to drink alcohol
♿ Accessibility: the venue is ADA compliant
❓ Please note: General Admission tickets grant entry to the outdoor experience only; please choose a glasshouse rental if you wish to be seated indoors. Although glasshouses have heaters, we do advise guests to dress warmly. Should there be availability, General Admission guests will be seated first come first served, and otherwise they are welcome to lounge on the benches in the outdoor illuminated Tree Village
