Konzert war sehr gut! (Allerdings quietschte die Bank des Pianisten etwas.

Schönes Konzert, exzellenter Pianist mit schöner Location! Einziges Manko, der Klavierschemel hat doch sehr gequietscht, das muss dem Pianisten aber selbst auf den Wecker gegangen sein.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Changes to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the event.

What different ticket types are available?

For this concert there are tickets for Zones A, B and C. Seats are assigned on arrival within the zone you purchased.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Venue: Marmorsaal in Weißenburgpark, Hohenheimer Straße 119A, 70184 Stuttgart.

How do I get to the venue?

The Marmorsaal is about a 20-minute walk from the city centre. By public transport, the easiest option is the „Bopser“ U-Bahn station, served by lines U5, U6, U7 or U12.

Is parking available?

There is no dedicated parking at the venue; limited public parking is available on nearby streets. From the closest parking area, it's about a five-minute walk through Weißenburgpark to reach the Marmorsaal.

Is food or drink available?

No, food and drinks are not currently offered at the Marmorsaal.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

There is a separate wheelchair-accessible entrance to the Marmorsaal, but the restrooms are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible, and overall access is limited. If you need accessible access, please contact us at least 15 days in advance at hello@feverup.com so we can best support you.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed except for service animals.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
