Trinitatiskirche 1

The Trinitatiskirche was built in 1860 and is the oldest newly built Protestant church in left-bank Cologne. In 1943, an air raid nearly completely destroyed the church. The reconstruction lasted from 1952 to 1965. Since 1982, the Trinitatiskirche has been a listed building.

What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D, as well as front-row seats.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or the website before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their carer. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is required first), please send us the relevant documentation. Once we've received it, we'll provide a voucher so you can claim your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket on arrival.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 5 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the experience starts — please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances (see our T&Cs for more details).
What is the Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
For selected events, this ticket entitles you to a full refund if you decide not to attend — just contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is needed. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred to another user.
How long is the experience?
The concert lasts 65 minutes with no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the show — latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.

How do I get to the venue?
Trinitatiskirche is about a 15-minute walk from the train station. The nearest tram stop (about a 5-minute walk from the church) is Heumarkt.
Is there food served?
There is no bar on site. Bringing your own food or drinks is not permitted.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals — please fill out our form if you'll be bringing one.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue has wheelchair accessible access; however, the restrooms are not wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
By car, your best options are the Hotel Maritim car park or the car park at Heumarkt — the spaces directly at Trinitatiskirche are barely enough for concertgoers.
