What are the different ticket types?

Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. To do so, please fill in Fever's contact form and send us all the supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
Yes. All attendees must be at least 8 years old. Spectators under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same email address used to buy the tickets. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert will also be in the confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time stated on your originally purchased ticket. If you'd like to change your ticket and meet these conditions, contact us via Fever's contact form with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
