You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store or Google Play). Sign in with the same email address you used to purchase. The QR code you'll need to show on the night of the concert is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert starts. Contact us quoting your ticket ID. No refunds will be granted. For more information, check our Terms and Conditions.

What different ticket types are available?

Four categories are available: Category A, B, C and D, each corresponding to a different visibility zone. Seats are assigned on arrival within the category you purchased.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can apply for a free pass for your carer by filling out the dedicated form and sending us the required supporting documents.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All attendees must be at least 8 years old, unless stated otherwise on the website (for example, Disney programmes require a minimum age of 5).
