Description
Pearse Lyons Distillery, Dublin’s only boutique distillery, has a colourful history dating back to the 12th Century. On the tour of the distillery and surrounding graveyard, you’ll uncover the tales of intriguing characters from the industry known as The Golden Triangle's past. As you walk through the distilling process from start to finish, you’ll hear the stories behind some of Ireland’s finest small-batch Irish whiskeys, before enjoying tastings of three signature Whiskeys and a gin to finish!
