Come and learn all the tricks of the trade with this guided tour of the National Wine Centre’s “Wine Discovery Journey.” Learn more about the different diversity of Australia’s 65 wine regions and meet some of the wonderful characters of the industry. While on the tour, learn how to blend your own award-winning wines with the virtual blending simulator and discover the key characteristics of the key wine varieties grown throughout the country. Once you are done with the tour, taste three quality Australian wines from a range of different producers. Come and learn about the home wines, and leave with delicious memories.
