Get ready to make your own sushi! The Manchester Sushi Festival is here and what better way to celebrate than a one on one private workshop? You can make Maki, a traditional sushi style, rolled in nori β a sheet of toasted seaweed on the outside, filled with a combination of rice and a variety of other ingredients, mainly vegetables with an option to add fish or meat, followed by a more technical Uramaki roll, where your nori is incorporated inside the roll. Donβt miss this fun filled, hands on workshop!
