Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 24 hours before the start of the experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID.

Can I get a refund?

A refund is generally not possible, unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket (available for select events only). In that case, you can request a full refund up to 48 hours before the start of the experience, with no documentation required; the refund goes to your original payment method (up to 10 days) or as a coupon if you paid by coupon. A ticket transferred to another person loses its right to a refund.

What ticket types are there?

There are tickets for Zones A, B, C and D, as well as for the First Row.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where does the experience take place?

At Kulturkirche Altona (near Johanniskirche 22, 22767 Hamburg).

How do I get to the venue?

Kulturkirche Altona is just a 5-minute walk from Holstenstraße S-Bahn station (lines A1, S11, S21, S31).

Is there parking?

The church does not have its own car park.

Will food or drinks be served?

There's a small bar on site. Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed.

Is the venue wheelchair-accessible?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair-accessible.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except service animals. Please fill out the relevant form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not sold at the venue; they must be purchased in advance via the app or website.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their companion. After purchasing your ticket, send us the relevant supporting documentation; you'll then receive a voucher to get the companion ticket (subject to availability) in the Fever app. Both tickets must be shown at entry.

What is "Candlelight Photo"?

An optional, paid photo experience: your photo session usually takes place after the concert in a dedicated area; you'll get a printed polaroid-style souvenir (1 photo per purchase). Photos can also be bought on-site while supplies last (card payment only); you must collect your photos right after the concert, as they can't be kept or refunded if you don't. A refund is only available if the photo experience is cancelled for reasons within our control.
