Description
It’s no hyperbole to say that the UK jazz scene as we know it today would not exist were it not for Tomorrow’s Warriors. Founded and led by Janine Irons MBE and Gary Crosby OBE, the music charity has been responsible for nurturing aspiring jazz musicians since 1991. Their mission: to improve diversity and equality in the arts through a pioneering development programme that champions female musicians, young people from the African diaspora and those whose financial circumstances might otherwise lock them out of a career in music. A portion of the proceeds from the show will go to Tomorrow’s Warriors. Trust and there will be an optional extra £2 donation per ticket for the Tomorrow’s Warriors charity fund.
