Halloween comes alive at Kerrisdale Presbyterian Church in Vancouver with a Candlelight concert of haunting classics. Surrounded by the glow of candles, a string quartet performs spine-chilling film and TV themes alongside eerie pieces from the classical repertoire, for an evening that is equal parts spooky and spellbinding.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Kerrisdale Presbyterian Church is located in Kerrisdale, on the west side of Vancouver. The front doors of the church open onto 41st Avenue (between Trafalgar Street and MacDonald Street). The Church is well-served by public transit.

What are the different ticket types?
There are four zones: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D (Balcony).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make a change, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased flexible cancellation with your ticket. For more information, please see our T&Cs.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue can be reached by bus and other means of transport.

No food or drinks are served at the venue. You are welcome to bring your own water.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts, so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, late arrivals will not be allowed in.
What happens if the weather does not allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, available only to guests who purchase it. You will have your photo taken in a specially designated area at the venue and receive a printed, Polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture.
Can I buy “Snapshot by Candlelight” photos at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue as long as they have not sold out. Guests who buy the photo experience online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before the concert, and the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the concert so there is enough time to take your photo.
When do I get my pictures?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you can collect them at the exit afterwards. Please make sure you have your printed pictures before leaving, as we cannot keep any pictures for you. If you leave without collecting your pictures, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule the photo experience.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Once you are inside the venue, our staff will explain where the photo experience is and how it works, and announcements will remind attendees about it. Feel free to ask any of our staff members if you have questions.
How do I show that I have purchased the photo experience?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Please have it validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.
Are refunds allowed for the photo experience?
Refunds are not allowed unless the photo experience is cancelled for internal reasons, in which case you will receive a refund for it.
When should I arrive for my photo?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts, so there is time to take your photo: the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert begins.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
