- Ruby Rose Martini: an award-winning cocktail broken down into a Gin & Rose marshmallow topped with cranberry gel and candied orange skin.
- Dark & Stormy: dark Rum soaked pineapple cubed served with lime meringue, candied ginger crumble and covered with a Rum, bitters and Kaffir lime mist.
- Vanilla Espresso Martini: Coffee soil and coffee chocolate ganache served inside a chocolate eggshell with vanilla sponge.
- Whiskey Colada: a soft and creamy Whiskey & coconut mousse which beds a passion fruit sphere and covered in vanilla praline.
