About the venueSt Mary's In Holy Trinity
The Holy Trinity Cathedral in Parnell, Auckland, is a stunning Anglican church with modern stained glass, including a one-of-a-kind Polynesian Christ window. The Nave is a flexible area that can hold up to 1,250 people and is used for worship and community events. The Bishop Selwyn Chapel is also on the cathedral grounds and is used for un-choral eucharists.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (log in with the same method you used to buy it). You'll also get the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under New Zealand Consumer Law. Date/time changes are available instead (see above).
How long does the concert last?
65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show — no entry once it has started.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
Indoors, with assigned seating by zone.
Is there food served?
No, food isn't served at this venue.
Where is the experience taking place and how do I get there?
Holy Trinity Cathedral, corner of St Stephens Ave & Parnell Rd (446 Parnell Road), Parnell, Auckland. You can get there by bus (the Inner Link and Outer Link services both stop outside the Cathedral on Parnell Road), by train (Parnell railway station, then a short walk up to the Cathedral), or by car — parking is available on-site.
Is there parking available?
Yes. The Cathedral car park has 112 spaces, accessible from Parnell Road behind St Mary's-in-Holy Trinity. Rates are $6 for 4 hours or $10 for the full day, payable by paywave-enabled card, from 6am to midnight daily. There are also several P60 parking spots on Parnell Road and nearby streets (Cathedral Place, Birdwood Crescent, St Stephen's Avenue, Brighton Road).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Disabled parking is available directly in front of the Cathedral on Parnell Road, and also in the main car park accessed from the Parnell Road entrance. There's an accessible bathroom in the foyer near the kitchen.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Yes. If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can apply for one free pass for your carer once you've purchased your own ticket — just contact us for more information.
Can I bring animals?
Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets aren't available for purchase at the venue — they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (slightly restricted visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility). Seats are allocated first-come, first-served within your purchased zone.
