Truly a sensational and mesmerising night. Venue was perfect and ambience with candles complemented the performance perfectly. Talented string quartet and great repertoire of songs from an amazing band Queen. Only suggestion is that considering the Queen Live Aid performance is rated the best live performance by a rock band in history, perhaps this could have been the last bracket of songs to finish on an absolute high. Can't wait till we get to the next performance.

Very beautiful setting at St John's Church. Acoustics were great and even our D zone seats achieved a lovely sound. I took our 10yr old son and he loved the quartet version of songs he knew. We will go again for sure. Good value for money.

Saint John’s Cathedral was an incredible venue for the Tribute to Queen. The staff were attentive and the Quartet were sensational.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (log in with the same method you used to buy it). You'll also get the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Date/time changes are available instead (see above).

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID for help.

How long does the concert last?

About 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 15 minutes before it starts — late entry isn't permitted.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

Indoors, with assigned seating by zone.

Is there food served?

No, food isn't served at this venue.

Is there parking available?

Limited on-street kerbside parking on Ann Street is available 7–10pm on weekdays (clearway at other times). Secure paid underground parking is available at Cathedral Square Car Park, opposite the venue. Limited onsite parking is also available on weekends or for special events.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes. Disabled access to the Cathedral is via doors on the northern (car park) and southern (St Martin's courtyard) sides, and wheelchair seating is available in all zones. If you need wheelchair assistance, please contact us ahead of time so onsite staff can be prepared for your arrival.

Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Please keep your phone on silent throughout the concert.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Yes. If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can apply for one free pass for your carer once you've purchased your own ticket — just contact us for more information.

What is the seating like?

Seating is individual wooden chairs, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within your purchased zone. We recommend bringing a cushion for extra comfort.

Does the venue have air conditioning?

No, St John's Cathedral doesn't have air conditioning and can get quite warm in summer — feel free to bring a hand fan and dress accordingly.

Can I bring animals?

Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets aren't available for purchase at the venue — they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
