Saint-Jean-Baptiste Catholic Church in Montreal is a Roman Catholic house of worship built in 1872. Its magnificent interior, in sumptuous Baroque style, is adorned with chandeliers, confessionals and stained-glass windows by Guido Nincheri. It's one of Montreal's most beautiful churches.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No print-out is needed. Your ticket lives in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play) — just make sure you're logged in with the same email you used to purchase. The QR code you'll scan at the door is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket date or get a refund?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the concert's start time — contact us with your ticket ID to request the change. Standard tickets are non-refundable. If you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket (only offered on select events), you can request a full refund up to 48 hours before the show starts, with no documentation required — just contact us. Note that a ticket loses its refund eligibility once it's been transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account free of charge. Just tap "Transfer tickets" in your Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last, and when do doors open?
The concert runs about 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the start time, and latecomers cannot be admitted once the performance begins.
Is there food or drinks at the venue?
No food or drinks are served or allowed inside — this isn't a dinner show, and nothing is sold on site.
Is there parking near the venue?
No parking is available at the church itself, so plan your route accordingly.
Is there an age requirement?
The experience is for guests 8 years old and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and disruptive behavior may result in being asked to leave.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Église Saint Jean-Baptiste is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance at 4237 Avenue Henri Julien, Montreal, Quebec H2W 1E5.
Can I take photos or videos during the concert?
Photos and videos (no flash) are only allowed during the final piece — the performers will remind you when it's time.
What ticket categories are available?
Four zones based on view quality: Zone A (excellent view), Zone B (very good view), Zone C (good view), and Zone D (partial view).
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes — if you all arrive together and hold tickets in the same category, we'll do our best to seat you next to each other. We recommend arriving early to make this easier.
Can I get a free ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request a free companion pass — fill out this form and send us the supporting documents.
Can I bring my pet?
Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.
Are the candles real?
For everyone's safety, the venue is lit with flameless electronic candles rather than real flame.
What happens if bad weather affects the concert?
If weather impacts your experience in any way — a venue change or a rescheduled date — we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I use my phone or leave my seat during the show?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Out of respect for the musicians and other guests, you won't be able to leave your seat until the concert ends, except in an emergency.
