Fantastic experience! My wife, our two kids, and I had an amazing time at the Harry Potter drone show by Fever tonight. The drone effects, music, and atmosphere were truly magical, and the kids were completely captivated. Such a fun and memorable family night — highly recommend for any Harry Potter fan!

As a true Harry Potter fan, I really appreciated the care and thoughtfulness with the way the whole show was put together. It wasn’t just basic/simple/generic HP pictures with Hedwig’s theme playing in the background - the entire experience was so immersive that it felt like I was watching a movie or a play with the perfect mix of joyful nostalgia and exciting elements I’d never seen before. I teared up several times. I hadn’t felt this happy since I first watched the movies as a kid. And to be able to share it with my 7 year old son tonight - it was nothing short of real magic.

Randall’s Island Loop is a 5-mile walking and cycling route in Randall’s Island Park, New York City, situated between Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx. The loop winds through waterfront pathways, gardens, wetlands, meadows, and open parkland, offering a mostly flat and accessible route with scenic views of the East River, Harlem River, and surrounding city skyline. Along the way, visitors can explore natural areas, the Randall’s Island Urban Farm, and views of the iconic Hell Gate and RFK Tribor

FAQs Solving your doubts
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the “Change date and/or time” button will appear. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Is there parking available?
Parking details will be confirmed closer to the event date. Please check the experience page for updates.
How long does the experience last?
The drone show will last approximately 60 minutes, including an intermission. Doors will open 2 hours prior to the event start time. We recommend arriving early to secure the best spot.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Yes, we recommend arriving as early as possible. Doors open two hours before the start of the show and no entry is permitted once the session has begun. Arriving early will also allow you to enjoy the atmosphere and our food and drink offerings.
Where is the experience located?
The experience will take place at Sunken Meadow Fields, located on Randall's Island, New York, NY 10035.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Outside food or beverages are not allowed at the event.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code?
There is no defined dress code for this experience. Weather permitting, we recommend dressing in layers and bringing a blanket or jacket, as temperatures may drop in the evening. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Alcohol, audio or video recording equipment, air horns, bicycles or scooters, glass containers, illegal drugs/paraphernalia, laser pens or similar, light sticks, musical instruments, pets/animals, selfie sticks, dangerous or offensive items, divisive symbols, chairs, cameras with detachable lenses, chains/chain wallets, drones, fireworks, flags, frisbees, signs, skateboards, sports balls, tents, tripods, umbrellas, unlicensed vending, water squirt guns, weapons, smoking of any kind, and Camelbaks. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Guests with prohibited items may be asked to return them to their vehicle or be denied entry.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to request one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker at the entrance of the venue.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
All guests will be directed to the designated grandstands based on their ticketing zone.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
DroneArt Show has not been adapted for accessibility for the visually impaired or deaf. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms — please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Will there be an audio guide?
This experience does not include an audio guide.
Is the experience suitable for children?
Yes, it's an experience for all ages. Children under 3 can attend for free; all other guests need their own ticket.
