Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts; contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds aren't allowed, unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket.

What is the flexible cancellation ticket and how does it work? (available for select events only)

It lets you request a refund or change your booking if you decide not to attend. You can request this up to 48 hours before your experience starts (no documentation required), though the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. If you choose a refund, you'll get the full amount back minus the 10% flexible-option fee, which can take up to 10 days to appear (or a new coupon in the "Coupons" section if you paid with one). If you choose to change your ticket instead, you'll get an immediate coupon for the same value, valid only to rebook this same experience. Contact us here to request your refund or change.

How long does the show last?

The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes beforehand, and no entry is possible once it starts.
