Where does the concert take place?

The concert takes place at Don Bosco Basel, Waldenburgerstrasse 34, 4052 Basel.

What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D. All tickets include one drink.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. All tickets must be purchased before the event via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).

Can I book a ticket for my companion/carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their companion. After purchasing your ticket, please send us the relevant proof; we will then provide you with a code to purchase the free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Both tickets must be shown at entry.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the event starts; please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, see our T&Cs.

How long does the concert last?

Around 60 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 45 minutes before the show; latecomers cannot be admitted.
