Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — log in using the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to anyone for free. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app, and make sure to include your ticket order number. Contact us if you need additional help.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. Contact us with the ticket ID associated with your purchase, or check the "Tickets" section of the Fever app for the "Exchange date and/or time" option, if available.
Can I get a refund of my ticket?
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances — see our Terms & Conditions for more details. A Flexible Cancellation add-on is available for purchase, which offers an alternative policy: if you bought it, you can cancel and get a refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another user.
How long does the concert last, and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before the start. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone — latecomers won't be admitted, out of respect for the performers and the audience.
Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?
This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.
Will food and beverages be available on site?
Yes, you'll be able to purchase food and beverages from the bar before the concert.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I get a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket, and we'll send you a voucher to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). You'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What are the different seating zones, and can I sit with friends?
The theatre is divided into different sections based on the quality of the view; seats are assigned at the entrance on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone you purchased. You can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone — we recommend arriving early and will do our best to seat you together.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Can I use my phone or leave my seat during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in case of emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles used at this event are flameless.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
A paid add-on offering a unique, personalized photo experience in a specially designated area, with a single instant print in a Polaroid style. It can be bought online with your tickets or at the venue (subject to availability, on-site purchases by card only). Your photo is taken before the event and the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early.
What is the "Candles 3-Pack" and what is its policy?
The Candles 3-Pack includes 3 premium electric candles that recreate the warm, flickering glow of Candlelight. If purchased online, it must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As it's tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased — all sales are final.
