Experiência maravilhosa! Espetáculo de encher os olhos. So deveriam ter um maior controle do premium. Eu paguei pelos puffs e nao tinha controle. Entao outros que tbem pagaram qdo chegaram ja estava ocupado por pessoas que compraram standard. Uma pulseira resolveria. De resto lindo, pontual e organizado.

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in using the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.

The experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. To request a change, please contact us here and provide your ticket ID. One of our agents will reply with the necessary instructions. Refund requests are only accepted within 7 days of purchase and must be made before the start of the session.
