  1. Arrive on time

    Arrive at the time on your ticket — the experience is self-guided, so there's no need to come early. Socks are required in the ball pit.

  2. Explore at your own pace

    Wander the 12 themed rooms in any order and stay as long as you like in each.

  3. Play and take photos

    Jump into the bubbles, strike a pose and capture the colours all around you.

  4. Add the VR experience

    If you booked it, finish your visit with the optional virtual reality journey.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No, there's no need to print your ticket.

Unfortunately, for this event no refunds or changes are possible after purchase. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
A visit to the exhibition takes around 60 to 90 minutes. You can stay in each room as long as you like — it's a one-way system, so make the most of every room!

Will food and drinks be available for purchase on site?
Yes, food and drinks are available for purchase in the foyer.

You're welcome to take photos and videos and share them with others. Please be mindful not to disturb other visitors. Professional photo and video equipment and tripods are not allowed.

Is the exhibition suitable for children?
The experience is suitable for all ages! Some details and installations may not be fully usable by younger children.
Is there an age restriction?
All ages are welcome at the exhibition! Admission is free for children up to 2 years old, and minors under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I book a birthday celebration?
Birthdays must be booked via the website and cannot be booked via email. A minimum of 7 tickets is required, and you should always select the 'Birthday Room' option when booking so we can reserve the room exclusively for your celebration.
What's included in a Birthday ticket?
The Birthday ticket includes entry to the experience and the birthday room for your celebration, with soft drinks included.
How does the birthday celebration work on the day?
You'll have access to the Birthday Room for 30 minutes, then enjoy the self-guided Bubble Planet experience (approx. 60–90 minutes). The earliest you can be admitted to the room is 15 minutes before your booked time. Room capacity is 20 people.
Will a host be included?
Yes — a coordinator/birthday host assists the party throughout to make sure you have access to the room and your tickets.
Can I bring my own food, drink or decorations?
You're welcome to bring your own decorations (no tape on the walls) and your own food and drink, though alcohol isn't permitted on-site.
Does everyone need a ticket, including for the birthday room?
Yes, everyone entering the exhibition or the birthday room needs a valid ticket, unless they're 2 years old or under. Tickets are non-refundable, so if you're unsure of numbers, book the minimum and add more attendees on arrival.
Is there an age requirement for the birthday room?
Minors under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are candles allowed?
No — candles are not permitted inside the attraction due to fire regulations.
