Do I need to print my ticket?

Answer

No, printing is not needed. You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (log in with the same method used to purchase); your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make a change, contact us through support.feverup.com with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

How long does the experience last?

Answer

The experience takes approximately 60 minutes, but you're welcome to stay as long as you like in each room — it's a one-way system, so make the most of each one!

The experience takes place at Place Bonaventure, 800 De la Gauchetière St W, Montréal, Quebec H5A 1K6, Canada. The exhibition hall is on the 1st floor, to the right of the security desk.

All ages are welcome! Children aged 2 and under can visit free of charge, and minors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes. The experience includes an optional VR journey through a magical planet full of bubbles.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers and please be considerate of the mirror-floors in some rooms. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

An immersive experience with different rooms, each featuring a different bubble-themed activity.

How do I book a birthday celebration?

Answer

Birthdays must be booked via the website and cannot be booked via email. A minimum of 7 tickets is required, and you should always select the 'Birthday Room' option when booking so we can reserve the room exclusively for your celebration.

What's included in a Birthday ticket?

Answer

The Birthday ticket includes entry to the experience and the birthday room for your celebration, with soft drinks included. The VIP Birthday ticket adds virtual reality and a Bubble Planet poster.

How does the birthday celebration work on the day?

Answer

You'll have access to the Birthday Room for 30 minutes, then enjoy the self-guided Bubble Planet experience (approx. 60–90 minutes). The earliest you can be admitted to the room is 30 minutes before your booked time. Room capacity is 15 people.

Will a host be included?

Yes — a coordinator/birthday host assists the party throughout to make sure you have access to the room and your tickets.

Can I bring my own food, drink or decorations?

Answer

You're welcome to bring your own decorations (no tape on the walls) and your own food and drink, though alcohol isn't permitted on-site. You can also order delivery to the venue — give the address as 800, rue de la Gauchetière Ouest, Montréal (Québec) H5A 1K6 - Hall d'exposition situé au 1er étage under 'Bubble Planet Experience'.

Does everyone need a ticket, including for the birthday room?

Yes, everyone entering the exhibition or the birthday room needs a valid ticket, unless they're 3 years old or under. Tickets are non-refundable, so if you're unsure of numbers, book the minimum and add more attendees on arrival.
