What to expect

Bubble Planet is an immersive experience that makes your dreams come true — colourful, surreal and made for all the senses. Journey through 11 fully interactive themed rooms, from a sea of balloons and a giant ball pit to an infinity room and a hypnotic kaleidoscope, then explore a magical planet of bubbles in the optional VR experience. Self-guided and perfect for families, friends and couples, it's around 60 minutes of playful wonder.

About the venue

Place Bonaventure

Place Bonaventure is an office building and hotel complex in downtown Montreal. To access the experience, first go to the exhibit lobby located on level 1, to the right of the security desk. From the lobby, walk through the corridor and up the stairs to reach the exhibit entrance.* *For accessible entry, please speak with the staff at the exhibit lobby. Solving your doubts

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, printing is not needed. You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (log in with the same method used to purchase); your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make a change, contact us through support.feverup.com with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

How long does the experience last?

The experience takes approximately 60 minutes, but you're welcome to stay as long as you like in each room — it's a one-way system, so make the most of each one!

Where is the experience located?

The experience takes place at Place Bonaventure, 800 De la Gauchetière St W, Montréal, Quebec H5A 1K6, Canada. The exhibition hall is on the 1st floor, to the right of the security desk.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The experience will be held in an indoor venue.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Beverages will be purchasable at the end of the experience.

Is there parking available?

There is a car park next to the venue; those parking spots are paid.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome! Children aged 2 and under can visit free of charge, and minors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is there a Virtual Reality section?

Yes. The experience includes an optional VR journey through a magical planet full of bubbles.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers and please be considerate of the mirror-floors in some rooms. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
