Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our terms and conditions for more information.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
For selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is required, and the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free companion pass. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; please contact us for more information.

Food and beverages will not be available at the venue.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
