About the venueNantes Racecourse

Nantes Racecourse, located in the Petit Port district in the north of the city, is one of the leading racing venues in western France. Opened in 1835 and progressively modernised, it hosts around thirty race meetings each year, featuring flat, trotting and jump races. Known for its turf track and green setting near the Erdre River, it can accommodate approximately 5,000 spectators and plays a key role in the regional racing scene.

Do I need to print my ticket?
Your ticket is accessible in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in with the same account you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in the confirmation email.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Is there parking available?
There will be paid parking available at an additional cost.
How long does the experience last?
The concert and drone show will last approximately 65 minutes. Doors will open 120 minutes prior to the event start time. We recommend arriving early to check in and purchase food or drinks before the show starts. Late entry is strictly prohibited.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event. Bringing your own food or beverage is forbidden.
Will you have vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free options available?
We will have some vegetarian and gluten-free options. Please consult with the on-site team so they can help you.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive at least 30 to 120 minutes before the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too. We will endeavour to move the event to a different date if possible.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience. We suggest you dress in layers and bring blankets or jackets as it may be colder at night.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I make a group booking?
You can purchase tickets for up to 14 people directly on our ticketing site. If you want to visit the Experience with a larger group of 14+ people, please complete the Group Booking Form on Fever's website.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
We will have a variety of food and drinks options to purchase at the event, so outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue ADA accessible?
Only the standard Parterre tickets are ADA accessible.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Blades, or weapons of any kind, flash photography, outside food or alcohol, personal drones, smoking/vaping, laser pointers/light-up accessories that distract from the experience, noise makers, loud speakers, or anything that may disturb other patrons. Bags will be checked at entry.
Do you offer caretaker tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker at the entrance of the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
This experience is primarily visual and auditory, and currently we are not able to provide full adaptations for D/deaf or visually impaired audiences (e.g. audio description, captioning, or BSL interpretation). We are committed to improving accessibility across our events and would be happy to advise on whether this experience would suit your access needs, or suggest alternatives where possible.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
All tickets except for the "Standing" tickets will be seated in rows of chairs.

Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods and drones are not permitted.
