Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience begins. To do so, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances - see our terms and conditions for more information.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes with no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.
Is the concert indoor or outdoor?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Will food and drinks be available?
No, food and drinks are not sold at the venue.
Is there parking available?
No, there is no parking available at the venue.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring my pets?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill in the relevant form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the Auferstehungskirche is wheelchair accessible.
What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought in advance via the app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents; we'll then provide you with a voucher to buy the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show both tickets together at entry.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket and how do I request a refund?
The Flexible Refund ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts to get a full refund; if the ticket is transferred to another person, it's no longer refundable. No documents are required - just contact us here to request your refund.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Auferstehungskirche in Munich (Gollierstraße 55, 80339 Munich). The venue can be cool during the winter months, so we recommend wearing warm clothing.
How do I get to the venue?
The nearest U-Bahn station is Schwanthalerhöhe, the nearest bus stop is Bergmannstraße, and the nearest S-Bahn station is Heimeranplatz.
What is 'Candlelight Photo' and how does it work?
'Candlelight Photo' is an optional photo experience in a specially set-up area, which includes a printed Polaroid-style instant photo. Photos can also be bought on-site until sold out (card payment only); guests who book it online together with their concert ticket get priority for the photo session. The session usually takes place after the concert, and you'll receive a separate QR code by email beforehand. Please collect your printed photos on-site, as they cannot be kept for later collection or refunded.
