What are the different ticket types?
Your seat belongs to Zone A, B, C or D depending on the visibility you prefer or the event selected. When you arrive, an usher will show you to your seating section; seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone you purchased.
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the box office. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their companion. You must first hold a valid ticket, then contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play), logging in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a Flexible Refund ticket (see below). See our T&Cs for more information.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
The Flexible Refund ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required. Please note the ticket isn't refundable if it's transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start, and no entry is allowed once it has begun. We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes early to avoid delays at the door.
Where does the experience take place and how do I get there?
The experience takes place in the Salón Linares or the Amphitheatre (in summer, for Candlelight Open Air) at the Anantara Villa Padierna, Urbanización Villa Padierna Golf Resort, Carr. de Cádiz, km 166, 29679 Marbella, Málaga. You can get there by taxi or car.
Is food or drink served?
No food or drinks are served.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is accessible. For summer events (Candlelight Open Air, in the amphitheatre), the venue is not recommended for wheelchair users. Contact us for more information.
Is parking available?
There's parking at the hotel, but it can't be reserved in advance.
Can I take photos or videos, and use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as directed by our musicians.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early — we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (a venue change or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
For everyone's safety, please note that all candles used are flameless.
