Gotham 40
En noviembre de 2021, Gotham reabrió con nuevos propietarios por primera vez desde 1984. Tras cerrar 18 meses durante la pandemia, Gotham volvió con un nombre actualizado, un interior rediseñado por su arquitecto original, James Biber, y un nuevo menú con el antiguo pastelero Ron Paprocki como chef ejecutivo.
