Kanagawa Auditorium
The Kanagawa Kenritsu Ongakudo (Kanagawa Prefectural Music Hall) opened in 1954 as Japan's first full-scale public concert hall. The beautiful acoustics of the hall, which has played a part in Japan's post-war music performance history, and its modernist design by Kunio Maekawa have moved many people.
