The Jeongjo Theme Performance Hall, themed after 'King Jeongjo,' a representative historical and cultural resource of Suwon, is a Hanok-style indoor performance venue built to provide enjoyment and expand cultural experiences for citizens. It consists of a 258-seat performance hall that showcases various traditional performances, including Muyedobotongji (Martial Arts), as well as a practice room, educational space, and a resting area called Hongjae Sarangchae. By operating diverse performances and educational programs that encompass tradition, modernity, and the future, it aims to develop into a themed performance hall that actively communicates with citizens alongside local artists and utilizes various cultural resources in a contemporary way.
