Mingei International Museum
Mingei International Museum in San Diego showcases anonymous craftsmen's art of daily use from ancient times to modern day, as well as historical and contemporary designs. Founded in 1978 by Martha Longenecker, a pottery-making artist and professor at San Diego State University, the museum was inspired by the Mingei Association of Japan
