Novello Theatre
The Novello Theatre, in the West End of Westminster, is a historic theater located in Aldwych. Formerly known as the Strand Theatre, it was designed by W. G. R. Sprague and opened as the Waldorf Theatre in 1905. It underwent several name changes and was finally renamed the Novello Theatre in 2005 in honor of the influential Ivor Novello, who resided above the theater from 1913 to 1951.
