Opened in 1983, it serves as the primary retail hub for Blount County, part of the Knoxville metropolitan area. The mall features approximately 70 stores and restaurants, including anchor tenants such as Belk, TJ Maxx, AMC Theatres, and Workout Anytime Fitness.
